FAQ: Purchasing, Shipping, and Delivery
Who am I buying from?
You are ordering and purchasing from FashioningChange.com.
Who ships my order?
The designer that manufactures the item you purchased from FashioningChange.com ships your order. If you purchase products from multiple brands you will receive multiple packages.
How are orders shipped?
All purchases are shipped at the designer’s preference through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
How is shipping calculated?
We work with our designers to determine shipping rates. There is no markup on shipping. Shipping rates solely pay for the cost of getting your order to you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed Fashioning Change will email you to let you know that your order is being shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not provided for orders being shipped from Canada. Nonetheless, we will provide you with ship date and estimated date of arrival. If you have questions about tracking an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a phone number I can call about my order?
Yes. You can call our main line (619) 537-6053. Office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. If we're not available leave a message and we'll return your call within 24 - 48 hours.
